The following are the Oceania Region's Bylaws. As a point of reference the equivalent passage from IAEM Bylaws is provided for comparison.

Regardless of Regional Membership all IAEM Members are bound by the Bylaws and Administrative Policies & Procedures of the Association. These two documents can be downloaded from the member's section of the IAEM website.
