I am having trouble registering

A number of people have had trouble registering because they have not been receiving the emails with the one-time password to get started. This appears to have been caused by some organisations mail servers performing 'aggressive' filtering of emails - they recognise the welcome email as spam.

Solutions include:

  • Notify the IT department so they can whitelist the domain oceania-iaem.com
  • Change to an alternative email address. If you have already registered, notify the change using this form
  • Check your email clients Junk Mail folder in case your email client has mistaken the email for spam
