Executive Appoint National Representative for Guam

The IAEM Oceania Executive have announced that Ronald L. McNinch from Guam will be the first National Representative for Guam.

Dr McNinch holds a PhD in Political Science and is Associate Professor of Public Administration with the Department of Public Administration and Legal Studies at The University of Guam.

This now brings the toal number of National Representatives to three; appointments can be made by the executive or elected by fellow members depending on member numbers in that nation. A two year tenure is made for all national representaives.
