As an integral part of a growing corporate team, this role contributes significantly to the development and translation of risk management policy and systems into operational process and support for managers and staff.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the development, implementation and coordination of the business continuity and crisis management frameworks for QR.
• Leading the development and review of business continuity and crisis
  management policy and procedures for QR.
• Provision of strategic guidance and advice on business continuity and
  crisis management.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of the business
  continuity and crisis management training and testing programs.

As a proven leader, you will have well developed negotiation, facilitation and communication skills. You will display initiative and a commitment to working within agreed schedules as well as consulting with managers and staff to achieve results. Your extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, contemporary practices and risk management will see you succeed in this pivotal role. Strong skills in the development, training and implementation of strategic business continuity plans are essential.
